President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is expected to address a press conference on Tuesday at the Flagstaff House to brief the nation on his activities in the last six months of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.

The President is expected to touch on health, education, governance, agriculture, energy and other key sectors of the economy including inflation, exchange rates, among other government’s activities.

The president will also address issues concerning campaign promises made by the NPP such as the one-district-one-factory programme, US$1million per constituency policy, removal and review of some taxes including the three per cent flat Value Added Tax (VAT) rate that has generated a lot of controversy, government’s business and job creation programmes.
