Ghanaian midfielder Kingsley Sarfo has been arrested again in Stockholm, Sweden for alleged rape incident involving underage girl.

According to reports, the Malmo FF attacker was detained Wednesday on charges of raping a girl under the age of 15 and has since been denied bail.

The Malmo FF player was twice arrested last year in a similar rape case involving a minor, prior to his debut with the Black Stars of Ghana but was released after a female judge argued he will not skew or influence the investigation.

Sarfo admitted he had sex with the girl but claimed it was under the consent of the girl and she was over 15 years.

Recently the player has been indicted again in the case involving the underage girl and also been charged with sexual exploitation of other minors.

This is the third time the player had been apprehended.

The case is still under investigation and the prosecutor has Saturday February 3 , 2018 to decide whether to arrest the Ghanaian for the new crimes leveled against him.

In a press release Wednesday night, Malmo FF confirmed arrest of the pacy midfielder , taking a serious look at the crime suspicions of the Ghanaian to suspend him again.

"We have just been confirmed that the player has been arrested. Based on that perspective, we have shut down the player in Malmö FF, Managing Director of Malmö FF Niclas Carlnén said.

Sarfo had just resumed training with the Swedish Giants, Malmo FF after several months of suspension at the club after the charges.

Some agitated supporters fumed at the officials of Malmo FF for even allowing Kingsley Sarfo to train.

“He [Kingsley Sarfo] is not a worthy representative of the club” Thelma Ernst , leader of Malmo FF supporters said.

The Black Stars player if found guilty in the rape case is likely to spend not less than three years behind bars after which he will be deported to Ghana never to step in Sweden again.
